How is this better than Apple Custom Product Pages?+
Custom Product Pages only track about 70% of installs, data is delayed by a day, each page needs Apple approval (which can take days), and they only work on iOS. Instally gives you real-time tracking across both App Store and Google Play — no approval needed.
Do I need to ask users for tracking permission (ATT)?+
No. Instally doesn't use IDFA or require an ATT prompt. Your users won't see any tracking permissions.
How does install tracking work?+
When someone clicks your link and installs your app, the Instally SDK matches the click to the install using privacy-friendly signals. On Android, deterministic matching via the Install Referrer API provides near-100% accuracy. On iOS, statistical matching typically achieves 90-95% accuracy.
What happens if I exceed my install limit?+
We'll notify you at 80% usage. Installs beyond your limit are still tracked — we won't break your links. You'll just need to upgrade before the next billing cycle.
